Approaching biology through the angle of chemistry catalyzes discoveries that transform our understanding of life’s fundamental mechanisms, driving breakthroughs in health, medicine, and environmental sustainability.
ChemBioParis 2025, or ICBS/ECBS 2025, is a joint edition of the 14th annual conference of the International Chemical Biology Society & the 9th European Chemical Biology Symposium
The annual conference of the International Chemical Biology Society (ICBS) has been organized since 2011, alternating between Northern America and other continents.
The last, and only time, it was held in Europe was back in 2015, with the Berlin edition.
The European Chemical Biology Symposium has been organized biennially since 2008 in a European city by EU-OpenScreen, a not-for-profit European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC).
Since the Madrid edition in 2019, it has been co-organized by the EuChemS Division of Chemical Biology and Chemistry in Life Sciences.
The Berlin edition in 2015 was a joint ECBS & ICBS event. Ten years later, ICBS comes back to Europe for the first time for ChemBioParis2025, a new ICBS / ECBS joint meeting, and a major event for European and Worldwide chemical biology.
