Authors should specify whether they wish to present an oral communication, a trainee communication or a poster. The final choice of presentation type will be determined by the ChemBioParis2025 Scientific Committee. Selected candidates for posters and oral and trainee communications will be notified by the ChemBioParis2025 Secretariat.
Once submitted, an abstract cannot be modified directly via the submission webpage. Once your abstract has been submitted, any change (title, type, etc.) must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat: secretariat-chembioparis2025@agencepulsarevents.com
Abstracts may not be modified after acceptance by the Scientific Committee.
Type of abstract
When registering and submitting in your submission area, you will be asked to select a category. ChemBioParis2025 offers the following categories:

Poster sessions
Two poster sessions will be organized.
You will be assigned a panel number. Authors are asked to stand close to their poster throughout the session, so as to be available for questions.
Each panel will measure 100 cm in width by 240 cm in height (portrait orientation). We recommend printing your poster in A0 format (width 84.1 cm x height 118.9).
Mounting supplies will be provided, but please ensure that your poster is not too heavy and avoid plastic or cardboard sheets.
If you are presenting your poster in Session 1, please remove it as soon as Session 1 is over, so that attendees presenting in Session 2 can expose their posters.
Please respect your assigned session.
