Reminder
To benefit from the early bird rate: we remind you that your registration must be paid (or purchase order received) before June 9, 2025.
(1) For students and SCF or ICBS members, a certificate (student card or university certificate for the current year) or your SCF or ICBS membership number will be requested.
(2) Members of a EuChemS Member Society or affiliated to EU-OPENSCREEN are eligible for the same reduced registration fee as SCF or ICBS members. Select the SCF or ICBS member profile to benefit.
(3) On-site registration possible.
Reduced rate
If you wish to benefit from the reduced student rate (excluding post-docs), you will need to upload a copy of your valid student card to the registration form.
Without proof of your status, registration at the student rate will not be validated.
Members of EuChemS Member Societies or attendees affiliated to EU-OPENSCREEN are eligible for the same reduced registration fee as SCF or ICBS members. Select the SCF or ICBS member profile to benefit.

Gala Dinner
A gala dinner will be held on October 8, at an additional cost of €85 – Places will be limited and available upon, registration, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Order forms should be issued to Pulsar Events* and sent by e-mail to the secretariat secretariat-chembioparis2025@agencepulsarevents.com imperatively before September 15, 2025.
* Collected on behalf of the Société Chimique de France under the billing mandate signed between both parties on March 5,2025.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified as soon as possible by email to secretariat-chembioparis2025@agencepulsarevents.com
The following fees will apply:
- 50 € management fee will apply for cancellations received before August 15, 2025 (unless a communication is rejected)
- No refund of registration fees for cancellations received on or after August 15, 2025
